Giving Back
The members of the Bicycle Club of Lake County work to ensure the bright future of cycling in our community, state, country, and the world. Members donate their time and efforts to activities like twice a year cleanup of our “Adopt a Highway” section along St. Mary’s Road. Several members participate in local long term bicycle planning processes in their communities. The organization of riders for various charitable and bicycle advocacy rides is a hallmark of BCLC.
Monies earned through our hosting of the annual Ramble ride are donated to bicycle-related causes such as:
BCLC is a long time supporter of the Toys for Tots program.
